Peter 於資助小學任教英語，並擁有超過五年任教語文和教導特殊學習需要學生的經驗，深詣箇中教學難點。

Peter 擁有廣州大學翻譯學士學位、香港浸會大學語言研究文學碩士學位、香港教育大學教育文憑 (小學英語) 和「照顧不同學習需要三層課程」證書。

Peter喜歡與教育工作者交流各種對特殊教育和語言教學的不同想法。香港學生自身的語言背景各異，也間接產生了不少的教學困難。Peter認為在現時香港的多語環境下教語言，是一項既有挑戰也有樂趣的工作。
